For Designostrataurs.

To be fair it was only a matter of time before I drew myself as a dinosaur, so this is me, as a Centrosaurus, getting accustomed in having a studio in my bedroom.

I recently have been printed in the newest edition of Yellerzine available in the likes of Analogue books in Edinburgh. My illustrations are a tribute to a lost glory of Italian history seemingly destroyed by everyday tourism.

My exhibition deadline is the 9th of May, this friday. This is what I have been doing:

I wish everyone the best from loopy-I-sleep-very-little-land!

My life at the moment, essays, dinosaurs going to the moon and shaping zinc plates:

Hello dearies!

Here is some character design I did for the wonderful Kate Coe, she write short stories about The Madcap Library and we collaborated early in the year, I got to do character design and the cover for 2 volumes of short stories she plans to self publish. I had the honor of reading them and I can honestly say that I laughed and giggled like a child, it is such a fun read!

So chech out her writings!

Have a good start of the week!

The process, coming up with the idea, sketching, refined sketches and then deciding that it would be a good idea to overlay 2 different drawings, thinking it might be even better if I add ANOTHER LAYER.. I am doing this to myself.

It is for a project where we have vistited 7 Stories in Newcastle, the mouse character is Mrs Hodgepodge from Angelina Ballerina, she has this dinosaur infestation problem..

The Stegosaurus flying of to space is getting a new look.

Have a wonderful thursday!

My entry for the Kelpie design award, something quite different from my usual work but had loads of fun working with pencil and typography!

As I already have slipped and fallen on my butt, the cold season is creeping in.

With that, I got to do the window display for The Red Door Gallery!

Here are the photo's, next week I will upload the illustrations I made.

Happy Dinovember!

This is what I do/want to do.

Birthday present for my dad, he is my ligthhouse.

Thank you guys so much!  The new news is that besides the A5 illustration commission from me, I will also be giving one person all 4 of the new comics that I made for the International Book Festival in Edinburgh! Here is one of them:

This is one of 4! Short silly comics that show what I dinosaur would do.
So keep liking and sharing images on facebook and I might make you take my comics! Yay!

Things just keep getting sillier and I had a breakthrough in my study proposal today so here are 2 comics! The last one will be posted tomorrow with some more news concerning winning more stuff!

Bullseye!

Sorry for not posting yesterday but I did a hill walk for 6 hours and was gone pretty much the entire day, work hard play hard ey? Scotland is amazing people.

I do not really think that these 2 comics are all that so here is a drawing I made for a project of last week, these 2 little guys are a male and female Tiger Moth Elk. Because obviously.

Gravity, why you so silly?

Dear lovely people, we have over 225 likes on facebook!

To celebrate this and ease the pathway to the 250 here are some screensavers for everyone to use, copyright by me, so if you like, enjoy!

A flower craving pancakes, does it get any sillier that this?

And now for an arts performance!

And we continue! Do not be mean to animals kids!
